So, instead of having my surgery on Thursday, I sat around for a some hours in a gown (surgical) and then was told my doctor had an emergency and I will be doing it another day.
That other day will now be Wednesday Aug 13 at 7:30 AM. Great surgical gown, fasting, my first IV and future discomfort all at the ass crack of dawn.
Can you tell how happy I am???
Oh, and this means, depending on how I feel, I might be missing my rehearsal on Saturday.
Yet more joy.
What I do just so I can breathe!!
